In addition to holding our own programmes, we also rent the halls below for conferences, courses, and social functions – by consultation – with equipment, technical conditions, and competent staff as required. The rental fee as agreed in the contract needs to arrive in cash or by transfer at the treasurer no later than 48 hours before the event.

Apart from the rent, a fee for being on duty is to be paid to the staff of minimum 1 person, which depends on being workday or holiday, during or outside of business hours, and technical requirements. (A larger event calls for more than one person.)
